2017 brought artists from around the world, old and new, into the global spotlight. How did these artists fair in our Top 100?

Another year has come and gone. 2017 was a year of change in the world, for better and worse.

However, as we conclude this wild year, we take a look back on the best of music in 2017. In late June, we took a look back at the Top 25 Songs of 2017 to that point in the year.

This time, in grand fashion, we decided to expand the field to the Top 100 Songs of 2017.

After days, perhaps weeks of having the unfortunate task of listening to hundreds, even thousands of the year's best, here are our Top 100 of 2017 (with some extras).

As we said, this list was created after listening and reviewing hundreds of others that didn't quite crack the list. In honor of the rest of the field this year, here are our next 101 best songs of the year in alphabetical order.

PART 1: #100 TO #76

This part of the Top 100 will compose of the songs ranked #100 to #76 and will have links to all the songs on YouTube or in some cases, music streaming sites. It will also display the release package (album, EP, etc.) the songs came from as well as the release date but will not have a description or analysis of the song for the sake of making this article bareable in length.

Qualifying for Top 100:

Songs must have been released in 2017 or have been a track of an album that was released in 2017 if they were released in 2016. Covers are eligible but scarce, as are remixes. In the case of one of the songs on this portion of the list, songs not previously released and later released on a deluxe version of a previously released album prior to 2017 are also allowed.
